You’re either a founder or you should work for one. I love this editor’s letter from Inc. Magazine because it touches upon so many things. It starts by mentioning how Steve Blank, a Stanford professor, is talking to a room full of young founders. Steve is also one of the authors of “The Lean Startup.” Read this letter, it’s very powerful and will give you a glimpse of the mentality of founders. You should also subscribe to Inc. Magazine to learn more about entrepreneurship, industry trends and inspiration for out of the box thinking.

Picasso walks into a cafe in Spain in the 1950’s. He sketches the “Dove of Peace” on the back of a napkin and an admirer asks if she can have it because it only took him 2 mins to sketch it.

Doing something you’re passionate about guarantees that you will stick with it through thick or thin. You have to love what you’re doing if you want to be successful with it. Sometimes, you have to find out what you don’t like before you find what you do. #truth

Stick with your strengths

Someone once told me, “Stick with your strengths Anthony. You’re good at sales, maybe try and do something related to sales.” It’s such an easy concept and sometimes, I find it hard to do, however, I’ve had the most success when doing this. But sometimes, you need to do things that aren’t your strengths to recognize and appreciate what your strengths are.
